The Atatürk Library Collection's rare works can be obtained digitally by completing the "Request Form for Digital Rare Works Collection" and sending it to the appropriate unit by email at nadirdijital@ibb.gov.tr. 

For works that are not restricted from being digitalized by the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the cost of the service is determined based on "A Table Outlining Fees for Scanning and Additional Services" while accounting for their particularities, and then the researcher is informed.

The digitally produced materials will be 300–400 DPI in resolution.

The digitisation process may differ depending on the features and methods of the required task.

1- The terms of this tariff, fees, and provisions are valid between June 28, 2025, and December 31, 2025. 

2- Prices include VAT and any copyright costs.

3- The fees listed in this tariff are doubled for foreign nationals.

4- This tariff is administered by IBB Directorate of Libraries and Museums.
